Brother Carmelo Cortez resides in the Philippines.  On August 15, 1991, the Blessed Mother first appeared to Carmelo Cortez and was told to pray for priests and to tell people to return to the Sacraments. He was also told to build a house of prayer.  In 2007, this house of prayer was elevated into a Shrine, the Mother of the Eucharist and Grace Shrine, by the most reverend Jose F. Oliveros, Bishop of the Diocese of Malolos, Bulacan, Philippines.

Brother Carmelo has some very special gifts from God and will be conducting the healing service on Sunday afternoon. Often times, sacred images appear on rose petals that Cortez has touched – images of the Ma-donna, the Sacred Heart, Mother and Child, St. Joseph and Child, St Francis of Assisi, and many others.  Carmelo has the permission of his Bishop to do witness and conduct prayer healing services.
